Diakonis & Partners was established in Rhodes in 2010 by attorney Konstantinos V. Diakonis, continuing the legal legacy started by his mother, Kalliopi A. Diakoni, in 1985. Our firm has grown into a leading law office in the Dodecanese, known for its high-quality services and successful resolution of complex, high-profile cases. Our Story
Dr. Konstantinos V. Diakonis is a lawyer at the Court of Cassation (Areios Pagos) and has been a member of the Hellenic Criminal Law Association since 2006. In practice, Konstantinos Diakonis has participated as defense counsel or legal representative of the prosecution in some of the most significant criminal cases that have affected the society of the Dodecanese.
Archontia G. Kostoglou
Archontia G. Kostoglou was born and raised in Kos, Dodecanese. She is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace. She completed her legal internship at a law firm in Thessaloniki and later registered with the Kos Bar Association. Since 2016, she has been practicing as an active lawyer.
Antonios M. Georgakis
Born in Maryland, USA, and raised in Rhodes, Antonis M. Giorgakis graduated from the Law School of the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, completing his studies within the designated four-year period with a grade of "Very Good."
During his academic studies, he participated in numerous seminars and workshops, primarily focusing on commercial and labor law.
